If your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, we can update the address for you. But if your order is on the way, unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

We are 100% Australia company located in Sydney. All of our orders will be dispatched and shipped from our Sydney warehouse by Australia Post.

The Phone Stuff offers shipping on all orders within Australia via AusPost . Delivering via AusPost Regular Parcel might take 3-7 business days within Australia, it may take longer than usual during public holidays (eg. Easter and Christmas period).

We do our best to update the stock availability on our websites as soon as we have an estimated arrival date of the items. To reserve an item, you can send us an email with the SKU number, and the item will be dispatched to you as a priority as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse.

We take our responsibilities with your personal details seriously. We will only give out your details to courier companies for deliveries. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

We generally do not accept refunds, returns or exchange an item once it has been purchased unless it is faulty, wrongly supplied. Any decision to refund or exchange an item is at our discretion.
